Holiday Lights Recycling through January 15 Have you started decorating for the holidays? As you go through those strings of lights, you are bound to find some that don't work anymore. You can again recycle those lights at the Library! Look for the bin in the staff parking lot (across from the book returns). Any holiday lights will be accepted by Elgin Recycling (www.elginrecycling.com). And since the box is outside, you can donate at any time that is convenient for you.
