Minutes of February 19, 2004
MEETING CALL: 7:11 p.m.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Linda Lojewski, Linda Gonnella, Rose Boersma, Harry Peters, Joyce Antoniolli,
Nuha Dabbouse, Nelson Patras and Mary Meranda. ABSENT: John Craig, Connie Craig, Carolyn Link, Mariette
Adrian, Ralph Maxson, Nelly Naguib, Asif Yusuf, RonnDa Peters, Barbara Nasharr and Janis Lundquist.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Linda Lojewski motioned to approve January 8, 2004 minutes. Motion
seconded by Harry Peters. Minutes approved.
4. FIRST ITEM OF DISCUSSION: Get a commitment date from the attractors, and also see if they would
donate or lower their prices considering this is a self funding community event.
PREVIEW PARTY: Consider continuing the Preview Party dinner since it is self funded.
ATTRACTIONS: Discussed the possibility of reducing the amount of attractions or shorten the time they
would perfonn.
7. PARKING: The possibility of doing the parking ourselves, instead of paying an outside vendor to park cars.
Also discussed possibly raising the parking fee to $10.00.
8. DONATIONS: A member suggested that with each donation a Preview Party invitation would be given.
