CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting of the Autumn Festival Committee was called to order by Chairman
Linda Gonnella at 7.15 p.m. in the Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Administration, 700 Oak
Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL
2 ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Chairman Linda Gonnella, Vice Chairman Nuha Dabbouseh and
Committee Members Joyce Antoniolli, Connie Craig and Nelly Naguib.
ABSENT None
3 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Meeting Minutes of January 31, 2006
Member Craig noted that the Meeting Minutes of January 31, 2006 should be amended
under Agenda Item 3 Approval of Minutes, Rescheduled Meeting Minutes of October 18,
2005 that Interim Bath & Tennis Club Manager Patras was in attendance of the October
18, 2005 Committee meeting, therefore the minutes need to be amended for this
correction Vice Chairman Dabbouseh requested that a sentence be deleted on page 4,
Agenda Item Unfinished Business, d. Discuss Sponsorship of Autumn Festival, that the
first sentence in the third paragraph be deleted from the minutes: "Regarding the food
vendors, Member Naguif stated she will contact the liquor vendor that participated
previously in Autumn Festival fro the wine tasting activity "
Motion by Member Antoniolli, seconded by Vice Chairman Dabbouseh, to approve the
Meeting Minutes of the January 31, 2006 Autumn Festival Committee as amended
VOICE VOTE Motion carried
4 UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a Discuss Activities
The Committee discussed what activities should return for this year's event and what new
activities are possible. Chairman Gonnella will contact the coordinator for the Chicago
Ridgefest for names and telephone numbers of the children's activities they host at their
annual event for possible activities at our Autumn Festival.

b Discuss Parking Arrangements
This discussion was continued to the next meeting so that Mary Meranda could contact
Ray Rocke for the cost of two car parkers for the day including barricades if necessary.
c Discuss Sponsorship of Autumn Festival
The Committee discussed new contacts to consider for sponsorships A new sponsorship
request letter will be presented to the Committee for approval. The Committee concurred
that the Gold sponsorship would be $3,000, the Silver sponsorship would be in the
amount of $1,000 and the Bronze sponsorship would be in the amount of $500 00 The
Committee thought this might be more attractive to smaller companies in Oak Brook
Vice Chairman Dabbouseh recommended contacting L R Group who has offered to be
one of the sponsors for our Autumn Festival
d. Discuss Food Vendors
Chairman Gonnella will contact Uncle Bub's of Westmont for participation as a food
vendor The Committee discussed the past food vendors and will research for new food
vendors
NFW BUSINESS
The Committee discussed possible dates for their next meeting to be March 23, 2006 or
March 30, 2006 Chairman Gonnella will contact the members which date is available for
all to attend

Motion by Member Craig, seconded by Member Antoniolli, to adjourn the meeting at
845pm
