Meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m.

Minutes were approved from the July 10 meeting.
Bonnie reported that ads are coming in and vendors are signing up; we have some new
ones.
Everyone stuffed envelopes for the mailing of invitations to Oak Brook residents for the
Saturday night Oktoberfest and Sunday's Ethnic Fest.
Meeting was adjourned at 9 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday,
September 17, at the Sports Core Administration Building.
