1. MEETING CALL: The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

3. Minutes of the July 12, 2001 meeting were approved as submitted.
4. Mailing: The rest of the meeting was devoted to stuffing envelopes for a Village wide
mailing regarding Autumn Fest.
