MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 22, 2010 MEETING OF THE
AUTUMN FEST COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
UNOFFICIAL UNTIL APPROVED AS WRITTEN OR AS AMENDED
ON NOVEMBER 10, 2010.
CALL TO ORDER:
The Regular meeting of the Autumn Festival Committee was called to order by Co- Chairman
Deborah Effrein at 7:01 p.m. in the Oak Brook Sports Core Golf Clubhouse, 2606 York
Road, Oak Brook, IL.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Co- Chairman Deborah Effrein and Iolanda Castellan, Committee Member
Nelly Naguib.
ABSENT: Committee Members Joyce Antoniolli and Deborah Naguib
IN ATTENDANCE: Jerry Wolin, Trustee Liaison and Mary Meranda, Sports Core Secretary
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 25, 2010
Motion by Co- Chairman Castellan, seconded by Member N. Naguib, to approve the minutes
of the August 25, 2010 Autumn Festival Committee meeting as written. VOICE VOTE:
Motion carried.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a. The Committee discussed last minute preparations for the upcoming festival.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Co- Chairman Castellan, seconded by Member N. Naguib, to adjourn the meeting
at 7:41 p.m.
