MEETING CALL: 7:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Mariette Adrian, Joyce Antoniolli, Rose Boersma, Connie Craig, Nuha
Dabbouseh, Ralph Maxson, Nelly Naguib, Barb Nasharr, Linda Lojewski, Bonnie Sartore, and Mary Meranda.
ABSENT: Carolyn Link, Jan Lundquist, Harry Peters, RonDa Peters, John Craig, Joan Philip, Asif Yusuf.
3. The first item of discussion: Nuha will follow up on a gift certificate from the Wyngate Hote.
4. The band will set up on the far east side of the room for the Preview Party. Private Bank will be seated near
the band.
5. The Poolside Cafe will be open with limited food and beverages. Pete will be running the paddleboats
6. Flyers: It was suggested that the flyers that are posted at the Park District, the Library and at the schools
should be enlarged.
7. Next meetinE: November 13, 2003.
