The minutes of 1 -17 -91 were approve?. Discussion took place regarding the 2 -12 -�l (Tillage Board meetin --. It was mentioned that the Sports Core was not addressing the deficit situation responsibly. A $1.50 surcharge was proposed, directly affecting the golfers. It was stated that the BwT members bear a surcharge as well. Aside from the fact that the Sports Core is supposed to be run on a user fee basis, the cor- imittee feels that this is inapproporat,, as a membership fee has already been established and in some cases paid for the season, regardless of the wegther. We are trying to be fiscally responsi_ri_n, but harp criticism that not only are we not contributin`, but are ^_ra,inin;; it::, funds. We need to address the resulting poor public perception that has been created from incorrect information. We also reed to loo' at the accounting system which puts us in a. no -win situation. de will be meeting on 2 -28 -91 with specific recommendations and su7r-- stions regarding the budget. There are many expenses that need to be eliminated and we feel strongly that the Village Board make a decision regarding our recommendations. Vle are also requesting that PL. McAdams comprise his own list of recommendations to help reduce the on -going deficit. BROCFiTTR-1:1 . The brochure should be out in approximately 21- weeks. Some changes have been made. Tennis - everything is the sane except for additional activities for adults. Swinnino - new swim coach, pool manaber remains the sane, but has a ncw assistnat. Clubhouse - rcw hours: will be opened 7 days a wee' with patio seznricc only on Ssturdw;; s. 1"Ifew hours will be posted. Less *menu items, but better quality. 'Iiut - new hours: 11:30 - 6:00 P.m. 7 days a week. Bar --available 7 days a ::cek from 11 :30 - 7 :00 p.m:. Social vents - 10 have been scheduled, including an event just for BLT members to be held in June.
