The January 1 Qth 1961 meting of the Oak Brook village Board
of Trustees was called to order at 8PM with all trustees present except
Mr. Calhoun. Mr. O'Brien moved, Mr. Roseman seconded approving the
Remember minutes as corrected. Each present member and each past
member of the Board to receive a copy of the Ordinance G-19.
Mr. Mohlm+an read a letter from Mr. Dean regarding the planned
develipment of Ginger Creek Subdivision. The letter was referred to
the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Mr, Kolar moved, Mr. O'Brien seconded to send the Solicitors
and Peddlers Licensing Crdinance put together by Mr. Kolar to the
V111W Attorneyfor preperation in proper legal, Porn, Motion carried.

report. Motion carried. Mr. O'Brien
moved, 1r. Kolar seconded to
approve payment of the bins presented by the Treasurer on 'toucher #8.

Association.
Mr. Kolas moved, Mr. O'Brien seconded that any action taken
regaa,ding the,k resignation of the Vill�ge Clerk be tabled until the
February meeting.
Capt. Gott. gave the monthly police department report.
Xolar moved, Mr. Roseman, in the absence of Mr. Calhoun,,
seconded the motion to adJourn at 9135. Motion carried.
