Minutes - 01/12/1960 - Board of Trustees®® 0 V (5 1B -- T- K i W - January 12, 1960 The January 12th meeting of the Oak Brook Village Board of Trustees was called to order by President Mohlnan at 7:30 P.M. A motior was made by Mr. O'Brien and seconded by Mrs. Peyton to have Lucile Armstrong serve as temporary Village clerk in the absence of P'-yilis Perkins. The motion was carried by unanimous vote. Roll was called and everyone was present. The minutes of the Nov. 1Cth meeting, the Nov. 117th contirniat'.r)n, and Mr. Kolar's sp -cial notes were road. Mr. O'Brien asIxed that Mr. Kolar either attend or clarify that part of the soectal notes which pertained to the Ernie pvIe resident; Mr. Kolar refused. A motion was made b -► Mrs. Peyton and seconded b,,.- Mr. O'Brien to approve the Nov. 10th and Nov. 1�th minutes and Mr. Kolar's ahpeini notes. The motion carried by unanimous vote. The Dec. 10th minutes we -e read and a motion was made by Mre.Pevton and secondei by Mr. O'Brien for aput)"al. Motion carried. Pilice Chief Tyrrell made his minthly report and Lt. Ott made a report on police activity, and read a letter partaining to Insurance covers -e fo- the members of Vie police force. An ordinance to annex certain territory, all situated in the S. W. 1i14 of Section 22, 'township 39 Worthr'Range 11, East of the third Princinal Meridian, was read by Mr. Mohiman, a copy of w ich said ordinance is So ri attached heretc and by reference made a pert of these minutes. Mr. Krueger trade a motion, seconie•i by Mrs' Peyton to adopt t'-is ordinance which shall be known as ; *qThe voting: Ayes - -Mr. War, Mrs. Peyton, Mr. Calhoun, Mr. Krue 9r, r, Carley Mr. Mohlman.
