B. Oak Dmok Library Association
Administrator Urhausen reviewed his letter addressed to the
president and board of trustees under date of February 2nd,
1971. After discussion, the following motion was made.
Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Roseman...
That the village attorney be directed to draft an ordinance
creating a frees pul -Uc library and that such ordinance wiil
be subject to a m •tuai Ly satisfactory agreement by and between
the village and the library association.

A. Zon-- Filing Fees
Each trustee received a copy of a memorandum from Administrator
Ur'housen, dated February 4th 1971. requesting that variation
filing fees be increased to 1150.00 to cover the additional
costs of purchasing the transcript for each case for filing
purposes. After discussion, the following notion was made.
Trustee Howell moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve .. .
That this PnPned 4mendoesat to the zoning cr dins tee be
scheduled for a public hearing an April 6th, 1971.

Zorporate Plana Unit I Replacement fill is being placed where
unstable soil was removed from roadway.
Water main construction is about 80% complete.
Sanitary sewer construction is about 75% complete.
Storm sewer construction is about 75% complete.
MISCELLANEOUS Subdivision - The Plat for this subdivision was reviewed.
roue Inspections have been made to examine various drainage
problems.
Numerous inspections have been made with Street Superintendent Hagan
and recommendations made regarding the solution of various problems.
RECORD DRAWINGS
Work s continuing to locate and assemble required record drawings.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Annexe t on Plats and legal descriptions were prepared for annexation
of contiguous Street Rights of Way not presently it the Village.
Report on Phase II of the Oak Brook Transportation Plan was reviewed,
GP&RC proposed revision of Subdivision Regulation Ordinance was
reviewed and my recommendations for changes transmitted to them for
inclusion in their revised draft copy.
Various elements of the Oak Brook Utility Co. installations and
operations t ?ere reviewed and evaluated.
The development plans for the Healy Farm in Westmont were discussed
with Wight Consulting Engineers Inc., the engineers for the project,
and they have furnished me partial preliminary drawings and have
indicated that the intention is to construct some storm water
retention basins on the property.
Technical data is being reviewed on proposed ornamental street ;,
Lighting for Jorie Blvd., sample fixtures are being obtained and
arrangements being made for night time viewing , by the Boards' Street
Light Committee, of these fixtures following their receipt.

Permits were issued for 1 storm sewer connection.
Permits were issued for S underground utility installations to Illinois
Bell Telephone (4), Commonwealth Edison (2), & Northern 111. Gas (2).
