Tues ,lay February 10th at 7:340 PM the Oak :-rook Village
Trustees met for the monthly meeting.
Roll was called and the Janua-.t minutes approved as read.
President Mohlman read a letter from Mr. Richard Caulkins,
the attorney assisting ns in Mr. Bower's absence, giving us instruat-
ionsfor the forthc ming election.
Mr. Kolar made the motion to adopt the Ordinance establish-
ing the time and place for the Village Election and the naming of
five judges. Fro, Peyton seconded the motion to adopt this ordinance
vi ,ieh shall be known as S40 a copy of u%iioh said ordinance is lattablaed �
hereto and by reference made a part of these minutes. The election
will be held the last of April 1959 in the Oak Brook Fire Station.

The voting was - Mr. Calhoun - yes, Mr. Kolar - yes, Mr. Krueger -
yes, Firs. Peyton - yes and ,t,r. Mohlman - yes. Ayes - 5, ;lays - 0.
Mr. Julius Butler introduced Mr. Wesieg $Mwtler and recommend-
ed to the President that Buttler become the third member of the
' .Board assisting in establishing our police department. President
Mohlman appointed Mir Buetler to this position and asked for the Boardt s

approval. Mr. Kolar made the motion, seconded by Mr. Krueger and
passed by the Board approving the President's appointment, making our
three man board Mr. Julius Butler, Mr. Paul Litteau and Mr. Wesley
