New Year's Eve be approved and adopted by the Village
Board as read.

That the Village Attorney to instructed to draft an
amendment to the zoning ordinance to permit the Cittagee
Board the authority to grant Midwest Country Club a
building, permit if the building that they W10% to do
meets with the approval of the Board; that proposed
amendment to be submitted to public hearing through
the Plan Commission and the Zoning Board of Appee13.

Continuation of February 11 Meeting
I ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 8:07 P.M. by Village
President T. A. Mohlman. All Trustees were present except
Mr. H. 0. Owen, Jr.
11 FINANCIAL
A. Oakbrook Terrace, Inc. - Contractual Lia ili.t�
President Mohlman advised the Village Board that the Village
Engineer could not as yet issue an engineer's certificate
on the job due to certain defects in construction.
B. Firehouse Addition
President Mehlman advised that final payment for construc *ion
of the firehouse addition is being withheld until a few
defects are corrected by the contractor.
C. Cam Gardner & Associates
President Mohlman wilt contact Mr. Gardner regarding the
scheduling of a joint meeting of the Hoards with him,.
D. Street Likht at Sam's Tavern

meet to Look at light pole and determine whether it lies
in Oak Brook or Hinsdale,
b. Chicago Bridge & Iron Traffic Signal
President Koh1man will check to see if the dedication of
this road has been accepted.

month of January, 1964 (Total $1,163.20;

That the Village Board accept the Building Inspector's
report as presented.

Z. Trustee O'Brien stated that he had received inquiries
regarding the construction of the tennis court at the
Oak Brook Polo OLub and advised that building permit
No. 191 had been i ^,sued November S, 1965, for a cost of
$400.55.
B. Police Department

That the cost of alterations in the Police Department,
$700.00, be paid from the Building Maintenance fund.

file.

the Fire Department For the month of January, 1961s.
