CAM The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 PM by Village President T. A. Mohlman. Roll call was talon; &LI Tr"astees present. 11 ORDINANCES and RESOiii ONS 2/20/62 A. Subdivision Regulations Mr. Sam Dean, Chal an of the Planning Commission and his committee, as well as Mr. Carl G=Aner and Colonel Wight, Village Engineer, were present for a discussion of the pending enactment of Subdivision Regulations. President Moh3lman conducted a lengthy discussion covering all phases of the Subdivision Ordinance. Mr. Dean's committee now has this ordinance under final consideration. Note* Mr, J. Bowers . Preliminary Plat - York Woods Subdivision Maps, charts and plats were made available to the Village Board as wall as the Planning COMMission for their co -t- sideration reg"ing preliminmT action on a subdivision known as York Woods. No action was taken at this meeting regarding this subdivision. Notes Mr. R. Van dyke, village Treasurer, arrived at St40 PM C. Mr. Rossmen Noted that there were changes to be made in the Cab Ordinance as presented. Sale changes w-re made and approved. Elevator Ordinance - G.a33 President Mohlmsn read an ordinance pertaining to fees to be charged for the inspection of elevators. Village Attorney Bowers explained the Ordinance (0-33) as a method whereby the previous Ordinance (0-11) having neglected to so charge can now cover this contingency. Mr. OrBrien moved, and Vx. Calhoun seconded the following mations That the Ordinance regulating elevator licensing fees as read be adopted. Roll call votes ayes - 71 nays - 0 So ordered. Ordinance to be known as G-33. F. Resolution - Placing rPa , lets on File President Moh1man requested adoption of a resolution placing previously pry, fished pa .phLets on file with the Village Clerk of the Village of Oak Brook. Said pamphlets denote electrical and plumbing codes of the Village of Oak Brook. Road improvement York Road -- Village Section 2CS, State Section 163 M.FoT. .M ~_...7' President Mohlman read a letter addressed to the Village Clerk regarding two joint agreements for the improvement of York Road and Cermak Road. Dolan had advised that he would prepare the -udit, aaesist with the eppmp riatfon ordinances as well as assist the Treasurer and Villa&* Secretary in aaccountirq matters for the four months of Jasry through April, 1962, for a total sum of $780.00. Thereafter, the same services would be performed at a rate of $1010.00 per month. Further action was tabled - pending consideration of retaining Mr. Dolan on an hourly rate. B. Aso for the present, clerical and stenographic work of the Police Department could be taken cage of primarily by the present Police personnel,, with assistance from the Village Secretary cm without incurring any additional expenses President Mohlmen was directed to request Elizabeth ftwphyls resignation, and Mr„ Owen moved w seconded by Xre Dahm1ow.. • .
