ROLL CALL
The regular meeting srau caller, to order at 8:00 P.M. by President
Dean. All trustees were present.
READING OF MINUTES
Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee BAsehen.. .
That the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of
Feb -ua -y 8th, 1472, be suspended and that they be accepted as
submitted.
Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered.
LEAGUE OF AMEN VOTERS
Mrs. Mary Ellen Mason, representing the League of Women Voters.
presented each Oak Brook official with a copy of a new, up -dated
edition of "This Is Your Community" booklet. President Dean
erknowledged same an4 thanked the league on behalf of the village.
ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, VARIATIONS, PLATSt ETC.
A. Robert K. Steinbau h - Lot Width Variation Ordinance S -247.
Each trustee was provided with a copy of a proposed ordinance
granting a variation to Mr. Steinbaugh to permit the construction
of a single family residence on a lot width of 106 feet instead
of 150 feet and conditioned upon a minimum set -back of 150 feet
on property located approximately 400 feet east of Madison
Street.
Trustee Rush mo.ed - seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That Ordinance S--247 he oassed and approved by the village
board.
Roll Call Vote: Ayes - Trustees Baschen, Congreve, Hayes, Howell,
OtBr-ien, Rush and President Dean.
Nayes - None So ordered.

A. Comnrehensive Plan - Zoning and Planning Comittee
Trustee Rush, Chairman of the Zoning and Planning ComII&ttee
of the village boA rd, reported that his committee has met and
considered the eomQrehensive plan after several public meet-
ings. He stated that several statistical corrections will be
made and thAt his committee t s recommendations will be sub.
mitted to the board at their next regular meeting on March
14th, 1Q72,
