to contract with the 111inoia Bell Tetephone Company
for this alerting system at a total --oot of $120.90 per
month and an instaLlation charge of $65.00 for the one
special telephone and recording device to be installed
at the police desk. This fee will cover a mexicmm of
thirty tirensen.

the Oak Brook Utily ty Company be notified that if these
corrections are not mride within thirty days of the notifica-
tion we will proceed 'o take steps tc, have these corr-ati,ons
made through the Illinois Commerce Commission.
B. Snow ,Removal Schedule

`trustee Hayes presented his proposed budget for the next
fiscal year. After di_seumsion, it was decided that the
board study thin proposed read budget: for further discussion
at the next regular board meeting.
D. Vacation of Dedicated Streit
Trustee Rossman moved - +seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That the board of trustees approve the vacant {on of a
dedicated street which provides access to th,_ Toll Plaza

Cermrmk Road as recommended end approved by the Plan
Commission.

Trustee Mayes moved - seconded by Trustee Havey...

IV NEW BUSINESS
A. Boy Scouts ofA erica Sewage System
After discussion, it was decided that Wustees Havey And Owen
meet with the parties involved to study the request of the
Boy Scouts of America to instaLL a "Cavit:et:te" system.
B. CHicaao Area Transportation Study
After discussion, it was decided that Trustee Owen peruse
the request of the Chicago Area Transportation Study and
report to the board at their next regular meeting.
C. Protest - Prorosed Comprehensive Amendment

President Pro Tem O'Brien read a protest from residents of
Oak Brook regarding the proposed comprehensive amendment
and recommended that this protest be sent to Mr. Ceorge
McHenry, Chairman of the Oak Brook Zoning Board of Appeals.
