MEETING CALL The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons. A. Roll Call II. To authorize the purchase of a full truckload of fencing for the Sports Core at a cost not to exceed $4,857.00 and waive the bidding requirements due to the uniqueness of purchasing by truckload quantity directly from the supplier. Approval - Polo Agreement AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND THE OAK BROOK POLO COMPANY FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE SPORTS CORE Discussed at the Regular Meeting of February 9, 1982. Trustee Philip moved - seconded by Trustee Rush ... To approve and authorize execution of the 1982 Agreement as presented and waive the full reading thereof. Oakbrook Terrace /Drury Lane Theatre Proposal Each Trustee was in receipt of letter dated February 15, 1982 from Oak- brook Terrace Mayor, Richard F. Sarallo, and discussion followed. Jerry O'Hara, President of Timber Trails Homeowner's Association, made a brief presentation of the resident's attitude related to the negative effects of this development on their residential area. Water Main Extension - Project No. 81 -1202 Easement related to 1981 Water Main Extension for Adams Road/ Birchwood Road /Pine Hill Lane /Cheval Drive /Route 83/35th Street. Report of Activities Trustee Rush - Library to be closed to the public as of March 1, 1982 for two weeks to allow for reconstruction due to damage done by sprinkler water flow. Trustee Listecki - No report Trustee Imrie - New Fire Department vehicle being equipped. Trustee Congreve - York Road Storm Water overflow is being investi- gated. Dupage Water Commission estimating cost of transmission of Lake Michigan water from Westchester. Trustee Philip - The Sports Core has hired a tennis pro and is now getting ready to open. Trustee Watson - Attended Hinsdale Village Board Meeting where discus- sion was held on the proposed Hinsdale Hospital expansion and office buildings along York Road. Staff is reviewing a new Conservation/ Recreation Zoning District for the open areas of Village. VI. NEW BUSINESS A. Appointment President Cerne recommended the reappointments of Joseph W. Fullan, 122 Timber View Drive and George A. Hodges, 3 Pembroke Lane as members of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a five year term, commencing November 17, 1981 through November 17, 1986. Trustee Philip moved - seconded by Trustee Watson ... To concur with the appointments made by President Cerne. Roll call vote: Ayes: Trustees Congreve, Imrie, Philip, Rush and Watson. Nays: None Absent: Trustee Listecki B. Referral - FINAL PLAT OF FELBER'S SUBDIVISION C.
