That the reading of the minuted of the regular meeting of February 13th, 1973, be suspended and that they be accepted as submitted subject to the following correction to Item 111-A; Deletion of the words "the execution of" in the first line and replacing same with "the president and clerk to execute,,, and inserting "on behalf of the Village of Oak Brook" between "agreeamentti and "for the purchase" in the second line. 4 Voice vote - all in favor. Oak Brook Utilit Compan - Purchase and Revenue Fond Sale 5RIP-ance and a ution - Each trustee was provided with a copy of a proposed orrdimmee establishing rates and charges for the use of service of the Waterworks System of the Village of Oak Brook, Trustee Howell moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve... Than the reading of Ordinance S -272 be dispensed with and that the village board pass and approves the ordinance as submitted, Roll Cali Vote: Ayes - Trustees Baschen, Congreve, Hayes, Howe11, O'Brien, Rush and President Dean. Hayes - None So ordered. Each trustee was provided with a copy of a proposed resolution confirMing sale, directing the officials of the Village of Oak Brook to execute $31300t000 Waterworks Revenue Bonds, Series 1973, of said village, designating the paying agent-therefor, and directing the treasurer, upon execution of bonds by the officials of the village, to deliver the same to the purchaser thereof beariM interest at the rates provided for by this resolution Clerk Frieek read the resolution in its entirety. i :±as tee Baschen moved -> seconded by Trustee Ali . . Kallens Towers Subdivision Plat Each trustee was provided with excerpts from the minutes of the Oak Brook P1Kn Cornmisnion meetings of January 15th and February 26th, IP73,, regarding Kallens Towers Subdivision Plat. Trustee Rush moved - ; ;econded by Trustee Nowell.. That the Kalletis Towers Subdivision Plat be approved by the village board and that the village treasurer and clerk be authorized to affix their signatures thereto subject to the following-. 1. A collateral arravVement providing for working accer ; space to the pump house. 2. Oak Brook Regency Towers - ParkigZ Variation Each trustee was provided with a letter from Zoning Beard Chairman Rhoden, dated February 8th, 1973, recommending that the requested panting variation in the westerly aide yard be granted and that the requested variation to allow for the parking of 26 cars in front of the accessory narking structure be denied. Attorney Abert Marks, Curtis, Darks, & Katz, Chicago, representing Oak Frook Regency Towers (Kallens), spoke on his clients behalf and requested that this matter be referred back to the Zoning board for further consideration. Attorney Teschner advised the hoard that he had met with the owner, architect and village staff regardirg this variation reouest and that the village staff also recamended this action. President Dean directed that this petition be referred to the zoning board for further consideration. IV OLI) BUSINESS A. Personnel Rules and Regulations Each trustee was provided with copies of revisions to the Proposed Personnel Rulea with a covering letter from Manager Urhausen dated February 21st, .1.473. That the Personnel Rules and Regulations as amended, with the inclusions of provisions for pregnancy leaves and holiday schedules be approved by the village [ ,yard - Roll call Vote: Ayes - Trustees Baschen, Congreve, Hayes, Howell, O'Brien, Ruch and President Dean. Miller Builders Pre- Annexation reezmen� age ofof Westmout Each trustee was Provided with a letter from Imager Urbausen dated February 23rd, 1973, advising that the Westmont Zoning Beard of Appeals voted 4 -2 not to accept the pre - annexation agreement as submitted to tWeiimoby Miller Buildere, and that the scheduled Westmont Village Board meeting of February 26th :'r " has been cancelled.
