to be built in accor4wce with the plans, specifications and contract.
2. The STATE agrees to pay all right of way, construction and engineering costs.
3. Upon completion of the improvement and so Yong as the F.A. Route 102 is used
as a State Highway, the STATE agrees to maintain or cause to be maintained
the mediar, the air. through traffic lanes three on either side of the median,
the left turn lanes and right turn lames, each lane being twolve feet and
variable in width, the romps and the grade separation structure and all
other necessary appurtenances.
