READING OF MI13U'. ES Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes... That reading of the urtnutes of February 23rd, 1965, be suspended and that tha mlunutes be accepted and approved as submitted. Voice vote .. all in favor. So ordered. FZMNCIAL A. Treasurer's Re ort Village Treasurer. Van Dyke presented a report for the month of February, 1965, shore *i*..g "caah on deposit" at the end of the month of $63,951.10 in the Corporate Account and $169699.41 in the Road and Bridge Fund. Trustee O'Brien moved -• seconded by Trustee Rossmen... That the Treasurer's Report for the month of February, 1965, be approved sa submitted. Voice vote - all in factor. So ordered. B. A„Rrovaal of Bills ALL Trustees having been furnished with a list of bills (V-10465) to be paid for February, 196!,.. Trustee Rosscman moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien... Fire Department Report So ordered. President Mohlman read the report of the Fire Department - activities for the month of February, 1965. Trustee Hayes Moved seconded by Trustee Roseman... That the report of the Fire Department be accepted by the village board as submitted. Voice vote - a ?A in favor. 2. Fire Hydrants So ordered. President Mohlman read a letter from the Oak Brook Utility Company, dated March 5, 1965, regRrdin� the heighth of fire hydrants in the village. After discussion, it was unanimously decided that President Mohlman write to our Village Engineer requesting a recommendation as to how to proceed to correct the discrepancies reported by Chief 'New. V OLD BUSINESS A. Chicago Area Transportation Stud President Mohlman reported that the Chicago Area Transporation Study will be on file in the village office for perusal and will be brought up before the board again on March 23rd. B. Road Improvements - Acceptance President Mohlman read a Letter from Mr. Wayne S. Doran, General Manager of the Oak Brook Development Company, dated February 24, 1965, regarding the acceptance of Ginger Creek, York Woods -Phase I, and Swift - Upjohn area roads. After dis- cussion, it was decided that President Motlman write Mr. Doran advising that the Oak Brook Development Company would continue to be billed for road maintenance, but that payment would be waived retroactive to March 1, 1965, upon satisfactory completion of repairs on the part of the Oak Brook Development Company and formal acceptance by the village of Oak Brook. C. Carl L. Gardner & Associates, . Inc. a�.n - Statemee.t r�+mab�snw..�, President MohLman will write Mr. Gardner regarding the additional billing of $315.00. D. Insurance - Workmen's omoensati and PubL a Liability Trustee OlBrien moved . seconded by Trustee Van Dyke... That, due to the fact that the village Workmen's Compensa- tion and Public Liability insurance coverage Is due to expire April 30, 1965, the village board consider placing this insurance with the seam company which handles other village insurance, psovidir; they a an furnish us with ell coverage at a come -4ra bl.e price and that Trustee Rosman be authorized to make arrangements towards this proposal.
