Many of these were at locations where sump pump discharges depoeit into the gutter resulting in heavy build -ups of ice. Owners of property bave been notified to make the necessary corrections where the condition was extremely hazardous. RECORDS AND DRAWINGS.- Work Is continuing to locate and assemble required recorda and record drawings. WISCELLAMO DS : proposed revision of Subdivision Regulation Ordinance was partially reviewed and my thoughts based on past operations with such ordinan:es transmitted to the Plan Commission. The Engineering reports covering the Oak Brook Utility Co. were reviewed and summarized. The various other documents pertaining to purchase of the Utility Co. have also been reviewed. I attended a meeting of the Illinois municipal League Public Works Committee in Springfield. Several proposed changes in requirements and operations of the Division of Highways and affecting Municipalities were discussed. One of the Division beads of the Environamntal Protection Agency was at the meeting and the Committee pointed out to his that in drawin up water quality standards for sewage effluant, the state trust avo d setting the allowable mineral Levels below those existing n a large number of existing approved municipal water supplies (which could happen if some suggestions were follo4ed) as this would probably resuLt in invalidation of the regulations by the courts.
