Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of
Febr -sa=y 24th, 1970, be suspended and that they be accepted
as submitted.

A. Drake - Oakbrook Variation Refit
President Deem read Zoning Board Chairman Rhodes' letter dated
March 4, 1970, recownending that the village board grant the
requested variation of permitting a six -level additives sud
req:siring a set back of 50 feet or such other reasonable
distance from any access roadway, driveway or street. After
discussion, the following motion was made.
Trustee Rush moved - seconded by T�nistee Hayes...
That the village attorney be directed to prepare a proposed
ordinance in aceordance with the recommendatfan of the zoning
board with the plam of the new addition in relation to the
existing Wilding being cited in the variation.

Roasman, Rush and President Dean.
Nayes None So ordered.

Each trustee was provided with a copy of zoning Board Chairman
Rhodes' letter dated March b, 19709 recommending that the
subject petition be denied.
Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Howell...
That this petitioner be denied his request.
At this Point, Administrator Urhausen explained that the
netitioner had been kai.sinformed as to the requirements of the
Oak Brook Toning Code. Consequently, he was -.mt prepared to
give Proper testimony and requested another public hearing.
A new aPplication was submitted to the village clerk.
Trustee O'Brien withirew hire mction - Trustee Howell withdrew
his second.
Trustee O'Brien moved v seconded by Trustee Howell...
That the new application be submitted to the zoning board
for a vublic hearing on April 7, 1,9709 and that the fee of
$100.00 be waived.

increases or decreases for the current month compared to the saw month far
the previous years. This is the first pha: a of a three -phase program of a
total revision of the record filing and reporting procedure. Phwse 2 and
Phase 3 will consist of the actual procedure development. ease 3 will be
the forms revisions in keeping with the format established by the Uniform
Crime Reporting Procedure.

and roads. The balance of 8 were on private property • This then is a not
increase of 11 on the public gays.

II ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
Each trustee was provided with a memorandum of record from
Administrator Urhausen, dated March 19th, 19709 regarding
the possible acquisition of Lot 16 in the Central Inucstrial
Plaza located on the northeast corner of Enterprise Drive and

22nd Street. After discussion, the following motion was made,
Trustee Howell moved - seconded by Trustee Rossman...
' That the village attorney be authorized to accept the offer

f into an escrow agreement to effect the payment of the purchase
price and conveyance of the said property to the village.
