MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARS - PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY

MARCH 12, 1991
CALL MEETING TO ORDER:
The Public Bearing was called to order by PresidentT r eat 77:58 callers the
Samuel E. Dean Board Rocco of the Village -
pursuant to Notice given as required by law; copy of which is attached.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: President Mence F. Cerne and Trustees Bartecki.., Bushy, Maher,
Payov.ich, Rush, and Minters.
The Illinois State Toll. Highway Authority has rusted to postpone the Public
Hearing on the Authority's Petition to Ann(__ the Meyer Road Property into the
Village of Oak Brook to the Regular Ming of March 26, 1991 at 7:30 p.m.
Trustee Winters moved, seconded by Trustee Rush to continue the requested
Public Hearing of the Proposed Annexation of Territory to the Regular Neeting
of March 26, 1991. Voice Vote: all ayes, no nays. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
Trustee Bushy moved, seconded by Trustee Payavich to adjourn the Public
Hearing at 8:02 p -m. Voice Vote: all ayes, no nays. Lotion carried.
