The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
by President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.

B. Trinity Lakes Unit II - Final Plat

On March 17, 1980, the Plan Commission recommended approval subject to the con-
ditions set forth in the minutes of that meeting.
Trustee Reynolds moved - seconded by Trustee Lavery...
That the Final Plat of Trinity Lakes Unit II, marked XII, D -5, be
approved and that the Village Attorney prepare a Resolution for
adoption. Final Plat approval is subject to the following sti-
pulations:
I.
Street names of the cul -de -sacs be eliminated.
2.
Subdivision Improvement Agreement be developed
with provisions for:
a. Committment for resurfacing total pavement
width of 3Sth Street from Midwest Road easterly to
the entrance of proposed Trinity Lakes Unit III.
b. Installation of a 12" water main on 35th
Street from Midwest Road east to the exist-
ing 8" line as recommended by the Plan Commission.
3.
Street lights be waived except at intersections.
4.
Sidewalks be waived and paved Pedestrian/Bicycle Paths
be installed as recommended by Plan Commission.

All remaining questions relative to soil conditions
and other engineering considerations be answered
prior to the approval of the resolution.

A. Authorization to Purchase Cash Resister - Golf Course
March Z5, 1980
Bids were solicited from four (4) suppliers and this is the only model to
meet the needs.

To approve purchase of the Sweda 4620 with the slip printer
at a cost not to exceed $4,390.00.

B. Request to Purchase - Relamping & Cleaning Street Lights
Two (2) proposals were received for the relamping and cleaning of 151 street
lights.

To award the proposal as a service cop-tract to the lowest qualified
bidder, Pinner Electric Company, for the relamping and cleaning of
151 street lights at a cost of $58.60 each and to waive the bidding
requirement.

A. Recommendation - Food Service Equipment
Twelve (12) bid packages were sent out and five (5) bids were received, and
opened on March 18, 1980.

To award the bid to the lowest qualified bidder, Schweppe and Sons,
Inc., with the deletion of the Lancer pump carbonator and drink line
installation and the substitution of a Traulsen GHT- 1 -321M refrigerator
for the Schaffer Model Tal -1 in the amount of $9,482.75.

C. Water Main Extension - Adams Road - Extension of Carlo V. Santucci, Inc. Contract
The possibility of the extension of the contract with Carlo V. Santucci, Inc.,
regarding Adams Road, Birchwood Road, Pine Hill Lane, and Cheval Drive was in-
vestigated by the Engineering Department.

To defer until the 1980/81 fiscal year.

D. Merry Lane Subdivision - Special Use Flood Plain - Request to reconsider
Action taken at the Regular Board Meeting of March 18, 1980, was to deny the
request for a Flood Plain Special Use to build on Lots 24 and 25 in Merry
Lane Subdivision. Petitioner requested reconsideration to present additional
information relative to compensatory storage in relation to the Floodway and
the location of fill for house pads.

Trustee Reynolds moved - seconded by Trustee Rush...
To grant a Flood Plain Special Use for Lot 24 only, conditioned
upon the consolidation of Lots 24 and 25 into 1 lot, with pro-
posed residence to be erected without a basement and to provide
compensatory storage. Additionally, the buildable area is to be
confined to an area bounded by the forty (40') foot Front Yard
Line and a parallel line seventy -five (751) feet to the rear;
No structure to be constructed outside of the buildable area as
prescribed; Side and Rear areas, except for an area within fifteen
(15') feet of the foundation of the principal structure is not
to be filled; the house setback is not to exceed forty (401) feet;
the Flood Plain Special Use is to be recorded by the petitioner
for inclusion in the Title Policy; and a 1% swale is to be pro-
vided on each side lot line, draining from curb line to creek.
