Evangelical Health S stems - Parkin& Variatidn (2025 Windsor Drive): On January 15, 19859 the Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denial of the parking variation as presented, and at the petitioner's request, this matter was tabled at the Regular Meeting of January 22, 1985 to allow for time for the applicant to rework their parking proposal. Trustee Maher moved, seconded by Trustee Listecki... To apprdve the request fdr a Variatidn to locate nine (9) additional parking spaces for a total of fifteen (15) spaces in front of the building, and that the Site Plan prepared by Legat Architects, dated February 6, 1985, be amended to show the spaces as 18 feet in depth with a 27 foot aisle, subject to Village standards for curbing and a six (6) foot planted berm to screen the proposed parking, and that the Village Attorney prepare the necessary ordinance to effectuate same.
