Cab C(Lmmany (R-20) Mr. Rossman briefly opened this meeting to a public hearing on the licensing of ta::i crabs within the Village of Oak Brook. After discussion and resuming the regular business of the Board Meeting, Mr. O'Brien moved - seconded by Mr. Carley... To Adopt Resolution 20; ? icenging two firms to operate ten cabs cn+: being the Du Page Cab Company of Oak Brook, and. the Calk Brook Cab Company. To adopt "a resolutior, ''ap;+roV 4 n- plans for construction of certain improvements on York Road" as submitted by the State of Illinois. Roll call vote: ayes - P; nays - 0; absent - 2 So ordered. Note: Village Attorney Bowers left the meeting at 8 :35 PM. V NEW BUSINESS A. Load Limits - Roads Mr. Owen requested that in the absence of Mr. Calhoun, Mr. Rossman direct the Captain of Police to erect load limit signs on Harger Road. Also, commencing the morning of March 28, to prohibit earth moving trucks from taking earth from the Center via Harger Road. Captain Siudzinski was so directed by Mr. Rossman. B. Insurance - Police Del2artment Tabled - pending further investigation by Mr. Dahmlow. C. Executive Meetin -. Informal Discussion of Finances Mr. Owen requested an executive twmeting mf Board irembers and other deoigtceted persons be held on Tuesday, April 3, 1962 at 7:30 PM for the sole purpose of discussing the ',fiscal affairs" of the Village and that the Finance Committee prepare an agenda for the President prior to the meeting. So authorized by Mr. Rossman. D. S uad Cars Po Nice Department Captain of Police Siudzinski was authorized to obtain prices on one new squad car with a trade -in end /or one new squad car without a trade"in. E. Babson Road Dedication Mr. Rossman read a letter from Babson Bros, Co. relative to the dedication of property by them for road purposes. _T/27/62 VI ADJOURNMENT Mr. Dehmlow moved - seconded by Mr, Garen...
