Rush Absent: President George B. Howell B. Appoint Temporary Chairperson Trustee Cerne moved - seconded by Trustee Brown... That Trustee Reynolds serve as Temporary Chairperson in the absence of President Howell. That the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of March 13, 1979, be suspended; and that they be accepted as corrected. V LLD BUSINESS (continued) D. Report of Activities Administration & Communication: Trustee Philip reported that the 1979 Sports Core Brochure inserts are corrpleted and are soon to be printed. Finance & Capital: Trustee Cerne reported that the 79/80 Budget is being readied for approval. Public Safety: Trustee Glaves ended the Fire Department for their service on the ambulance and for help with a flooded basement. Public Works: Trustee Rush reported that the Water Reservoir is on line and the telexetzy system is fifty per cent operational. Traffic: Trustee Reynolds reported on the Route 83 Corridor Study. Trustee Reynolds met with IDOT and Traffic Consultant on the Route 83 Corridor Study. Mayors and Managers are hosting a meting with legislators on April 26, preceded by cammunity meting on April 19, 1979. Zoning and Planning: Trustee Brawn reported that the Post Office has let a contract for a new facility to be open in March, 1980. Intergovernmental meeting with Hinsdale on March 29, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. VI NEW BUSINESS A. Sports Core Food Service Contract Trustee Cerne moved -- seconded by Trustee Philip... To authorize execution of the Food and Service Agreement with Jerry Sharkors, Inc., for food service at the Bath & Tennis Club, as presented and executed by Jerry Sharko.
