The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P. M. by Acting President
Edward K. A "Brie€a . All Trustees were present except Trustee Harvey.

That the minutes of the regular meeting of March 14th, 1967, and
the minutes of the special meeting of March 22nd, 1967, be
accepted as aubmitted.

Acting President O'Brien read excerpts from Village Engineer
Barney's letter, dated March 22, 1967, regardin York Woods
Street Drainages which -waWas brought to the attentfon of the
vilLege board by Mr. Maynard J. Larkins, Chairman of the
ArrhitecturaL Revim, Committee of the York Woods Comamaity
Associatian. It was unanimously approved that Trustee Hayes
investigate this matter further, contact the Oak Brook Develop-
ment Company and to explore possible solutions to this problem.

1. hark Woods Unit IV
Mr. Bill Doss, of the Oak Brook Development Co., presented
the final plat for York Woods Unit IV, accompanied by hip
covering letter dated March 24, L967. The Plan Commispion
approved this plat at their special meting, held on March
27, 1967.
Trustee Barton moved d seconded by Trustee Rowell...
That the proper village officials, Trea>eurer Van tyke and
Clerk Fricek, be authorized to sign the Fork Woods Unit IMP
final plat on behalf of the village, contingent upon the
village engineer's signature and seal affixed thereon,
and the receipt of the following documents:
1. Completion Bond in the amount of $80,000.00
2. The required permit governing the installation
of sanitary sewers.
3. Illinois Department of Public Health permit for
installation of -.- &ter mains. (Itl -967)
4. Duty Signed Grant of Easement to the village of
Oak Brook by they Northern Illinois Gas Company.

O *Brien referred same to the Oak Brook Plan Commission for
their_ approvaa 1. at thiir next regular meeting on April 1710 1967.

Oak Brook Plan Commission, be contacted to determine wbetber

Village of Worth Riverside regarding Cermak Road Transportation
and comients received froze Mr, R. P. Boers, chairman of the
Oak Fronk Business Cotamunivy and tars. Helen DeWitt, of Oak Brook
Associates ► Rnd requested Trustee Batton to explore this Teatter
further.

Acting President O 'Brian read a letter From Mrs. John Sust+,r,
dated Naareh 23„ 1967, regardins an easement between Stafford
Lune aria "Butler School. it was unanimously decided that
Clerk Frieek be authorized to direct this inquiry to the
Butler School Board.

That the Road and Bridge Department Budget In the amount
of t157,500.00 for ] 967 -9 be approved..

Trustee Howell reported on the present status of this problem,
He stated that Fa suit teas been filed by the village and that
It will be pursued by our attorneys. Mrs. Maynard larieing
presented a petition to the president and board of trustees
opposSng the oontinuation and maintenance of said dump. Attorney
Nicholas T. Ki,tsos, as,sist&nt to the village attorney, reported
on possible future legal action regarding this suit. It was
nmr- 1mously agreed that an Informal, closed meeting be held to
discuss this further on Saturday; April lot.

Trustees Rossman and Howell reported on their Interview with
the proposed ftssistant to the fires chief. This matter will be

the filling of a natural storm waiter retention basin. It was
nrinnimously decided that this matter be referred to 14r. Robert
Stevens, who is ourrently representing the village in ragard to
the Yorktown Shopping Center dm 1nage problem.

secure a copy of said Dill for further study.
