1. MEETING CALL:
The Special Meeting of a Three - Member Sub - Committee of the Village
Board, The Viler Manager Search Committees of Monday, April 59 1993,
was called to order by President Bushy in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room
of the Village Commons at 9:00 A.M. '
President Bushy called the roll, with the following persons
PRESENT: President men M. slushy, Trustees Phift U. Dyer and W.
Kelly Skinner.
ABSENT: Done.
2. ADJOURN TO CLOSED MEETING:
Trustee Skinner moved to convene into a closed session under Section 2R1
of the Open Meetings Act at 9 :02 a.m. for the purpose of discussion of
information regarding the appointment, employment or dismissal of an
officer or an employee. Seconded by Trustee Aiayer. VOICE VOTE:
Notion carried. The Closed Meeting reconvened on April 12, 15 and 19,
1993.
3. ADJOURNMENT:
Trustee Meyer moved to adjourn the Special meting at 12:30 p -m
Seconded by Trustee Skinner. VOICE VOTE: Notion carried.
