The April 119 1961, Board of Trustees, Village of Oak Brook Meeting was called to order at 8:01 p.m. Roll call was taken. All trustees were present. The Village Preeident, T. A. Hohlman, requested a motion to appoint Mrs. Agnes P • O'Brien, Clerk, Pre Tom in lieu of Mrs. Phyllis Perkins' absence. Mr. Dabmlew made the motion and Mr. Rose- r man saoended Its Roll 0611 votes ayes -o 6, nays » 0. Motion was ©arried. z 2. Read 3.n of Vinute a s The minutes of the March 14, 1961 meeting were read. Mr. Reesman oorrooted Section 5, page 3, Village Bills, Under Bills Approved, R. B. Wight, Jr•, listed as Engineering. Correct designation is Building In- specter. The minutes stood as corrected. 3. Ordinances and Resolutiena: President Mehlman read a letter from the West Shore Pipe Line Cempany stating their insurance provided for liability. Village Attorney, Mr. Bowers, was requested to clarify this matter with the West $here Pipe Line Company. ... (y Ordinance (Sw26) amending Village Liquor Ordinance was read. Said ordinance increased Class A Licenses from six (6) to seven (7), Mr. Reesman made a motion to adopt the ordinance. Mr. Calhoun seoended it. Roll call vote: ayes M 60 may& » d. Mr. Mehlman read report from the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. He entertained a motion that the vilZsge Heard request Mr. Boyers to draw up a new ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission, February 7, 3.96%$ and the Zoning Board of Appeals, April S, 1961s as fel lowrs : 1. The (N-1) Di strict to be expanded ea,6t of the tell read to Salt Creek on 22nd Street 2. Eliminate the confusion and the interpreta- tion of tanks and water tewera. 3.
