VMage Engineer Burner recommended that village ordinance
G-37 be amended to include a provision for subdivision
developer's Olean, -up bonds. After discussion, it etas
unanimously agreed that Trustee Hayes, Village Engineer
Barter and Buildin inspector Pearson study this utter 90 further and report to the board. Also, the police chief
was requested to cooperate with the building inspector
in this regard.

E. Oak BrOok Utilitv Co. Rate Increase
Trustee HowelL called the board's attention to the fart that
the local press staters that the Oak Brook Utility Company is
proposing a Fifty percent rate increase. After dipeussiet, it
was unanimously agreed that President Mohiman, Trustee Howell
and Attorney Bowers stung this matter further, and obtain
factual information pertinent to, this proposed ibere,ase»
Mrs ..MArgaret ThomBsoc - Sol - th Annexation
Mrs. Marra ret Thompsain requested that she be on record as
being opposed to any concessions being mace concerning the
proposed south annexation. The board acknowledged her report.

and specifications for the sanitary and storm sewers, water maps And
road improvements for Brook Forrest Unit No. 3. Tbeee plena were 'pre-
pared by the developoic's engineer - Consoer Towneend and Associates
aad are forwarded for your approval and transmittal of one (1) set to
Del B. Webb Corporation. Minor additional corrections have been noted
on Sheet #6 of the r1ana, In red, and are to he incorporated into the
final construction plans.
The only reason for not giving final approval. i.s that the Del H. Webb
Uonporatfon has not, as yet furnished the Village. Clerk and Village
gngLneer a copy of approvals of the plans free the State Department of
blic Sealth for water aad the State Semi -arg Water Board for a tury- .
sewers. These approvals must be received ;;fore certifications .6FA ba
made on the. final plat by the Village Bngineer as required by Section l
