April 13th the Oak Brook Board of Trustees meeting
w-is called to order by President Mohlman at 7:40 Prf, Roll
wa:: called and the ;;arch 17th Executive meeting and the Ifaroh
14th reEular meeting minutes approved as read.
: =.r. ,;alhoun made the motion, seconded by Mr. Carlson
and approve;; by the Board naming Mrs. Celeste Yohlman Chief
Judge for tae {_pril 21st. election.
T. A. :.chIman read a letter From W. A. Alexander and
company an insurance firm of Chicago, explaining the liability
insurance coverage for the Village Police Department,
Bills were presented to the Board for their approval.
::r. Carlson gads the motion, seconded by Xxs. Payton, and
Passed by the Board -to pay these bills when we have the ability
to do so.
President Mohlman read a petition requesting annexation
of the Utility Area Property into the Village of Oak Brock. He

also read the ordinance vhich shall be known as S-121 annexing
this property= to the 'Tillage, a copy of which said ordinance is
attached hereto and by reference made a part of-those minutes.
1!r. Carlson made the motion to adopt this ordinance, seconded by
.;r. Calhoun. The voting eras: Mr. Calhoun - yes, Mr. Carlson -
yes, Nx. Kolar - yes, mr. Krueger - yes, Pfrs. Peyton - yes and
