The local Canvassing Board, comprised of President Wanes F. Carne, Chairman;
Trustee George Congrove, and Clerk Marianne Lakosil, not on April 14, 1983 at
7 :30 P-M, in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons for the purpose
of canvassing the votes cast in the Consolidated Election of April 12, 1983, The
local newspapers were notified by telephone on April 12, 1983s and said canvass
was hold in all respects as prescribed by law.
The Canvassing Board was in receipt of votes cast in the different precincts as
tabulated by the DuPsge County Board of Election Commissioners. No other means
of verifying the authenticity of votes cast is made available. It was also noted
that there were no votes cast in Cook County.
With the returns of said election having duly been canvassed, it was dcci;" "' d that
1,000 votes were cast in the twelve (12) precincts of DUPage County and none (0)
in Cook Countyt and that the total votes cast were as follows:

would be administered alter the neat Regular Feting of the Board of Trustees of
April 26, 1983, subject to term of office corssenring May It 1983! per Section 2.38
of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook.
