Trustee Roseman moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That the reading of the minutes of the regulnr meeting of
April 9th, 1968, be suspended and that they be accepted as
submitted.

ALL trustees were provided with a copy of o proposed ordinance
granting a rear -yard variation of 20 ft. on property owned by
the Parr Industrial Corp. Located between the Potarotd Company
and the proposed Peansalt Chemicals Corp. property on Swift
Drive east of York Road and north of 22nd Street.

That Ordinance 8-15S be approved and adopted by the village
board.

ALL trustees were provided with a copy of o proposed ordinance
granting a Lot size variation on property owned by Harold
Brunke Located on the north side of 35th Street west of Adams
Road. Trustees Rueb and Barton questioned the Legal descrip-
tion as shown to the ordinance. After ceoneuttetioa with
Attorney Vnvereogt, the following motion was made.

That Ordinance 5 -156 be approved and adopted by the village
board subject to the following correction:
Paragraph 6 Section L - sixth Line: - after the word

Mueller's Country Club Subdivision.

Cbairman Swain then agreed to meet with Mr. Jones of the
Jones Medical Instrument Company. Alter such a meeting, be
returned to the board with the recommendation that the Jones
Medical Instrument Company file a Subdivision plat and that
the board authorize the proper village officiate to sign Fame
subject to the plat containing all of the required Pignaturea.

to provide proper fire protection.
