granting a height structure variation on property located at

reading of same be waived.

That the Preliminary Plat of York floods unit V be approved
as presented, subject to installation of street lights as
recommended by the Plan Camsrlssion and subject to the Plan
Commission recommendation in regard to sidewalks.

amending Ordinance G -11 to adopt the City of Chicago Building
Code-1972.

Trustee Congreve advised that the Personnel and Salary Adminis-
tration Committee is making every effort to present the Board
with a recommendation at the next regular meeting.

Trustee Baschen reported that he attended the meeting regarding
Zoning Board of Appeals Notice #2432 and advised that petitioner
was requesting a side and rear yard variance and no density
problem was involved.
