711 OAK BROOK UTILITY COMPANY
Mr, Albert D. Hattie of the Oak Brack Utility Company at'
this board meeting and discussed various problems regard
the Oak Brook Utility Companyte work within the village.
Assurance was given that all necessary repairs resulting
the inatellation of sewer and water eyiteme would be mad
provided for by June or July of this year.

That the Oak Brook Utility Company be paid the sum of
$8,000.95 representing the accumulated hydrant charges
Less penalties, for the period from J+-Zy L, L961 throu
March 91st, 1964; with the understanding that the Oak
Brook Utility Company wLll file for a rate reduction
with the Illinois Commerce Commission to be effective
May It 1964, from the present rate of $2.25 per hydran
to $1.75 per hydrant.

V AN.FXATION AND REZONING
A. Rezoning
1. Rollins Petition for Zoning, Amendment
President Moh1man directed that the Rollins Petition
be forwarded to the Plan Commission for their
recommendation.
2. O'Nei1l.'Solch Approval Request
President hohlmen directed that I'tie O'Neil /Selch
Approval request be forwarded to the Plan Commission
for their recommendation.
VI FINANCIAL
A. Civil Defense
Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That a sum not to exceed the arrcount of $600.00 for
the x964 budget year be authorized for the i :penses
of the d4rector of Civil Defense at the discretion
c,f President riohlman and Civil Defense Director Paul
Young, with vouchers submitted accordingly.

VII NEW BUSINESS
A. Schmid all Plat
Presiden' Mohlman directed that the Schmidgelt Plat be
forwardea to the Plan Commission for their reconqendation.
B. Preliminary Plan of Danbv Subdivision
President Mohlman directed that the Preliminary Plan of
the Denby Subdivision be forwarded to the Plan C- mmission
for their recommendation.
C. Dog. ordinance
Trustee Havey requested that the board review the
poesibi &ity of adopting a dog ordinance forthe Village
of Oak Brook. Trustee Haney will attend the next meeting
of the Oak BrcSk Civic Association and report to the
board regarding this request.
