A contirnaation of the iiW lat m9eting of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook vas called to order by President Mah1man at
11 AM on Saturday May 3rd with all Trua&tess present vith the exception
of Mr. Paul Butler.
A petition frog Karshalt Field & Comparr for annexation to
the Village of Oakbrook wee read by Mr. Mohlman and filed with the clerk
at 11103 AM. Attorney Bowers read '.he ordinance annexing this territory
to tae Village of Oakbro��k. The motion wan made by Mrs. Peyton and
seconded by Mr. Kolar to adznt this ordinance, a copy of which said
ordinance is attached hereto and by reference made a part of those
3idnutes. Hereafter this ordinance will be known as S-2. The voting was
as followss Mr. Calhoun - yes, Mr. Carlson - yes! qtr. Kolar - yesq

The resolution wss read by Attorney Boxers asking the DiPage
County Buildim Code be enforced within the corporate limits of the
Village of Oakbrook. The mo +i,n to adopt this resolution was made by
Mr. Oalhoun and seconded by Mr. Carlson. The voting& Ayes - 6, Neys -- 0.
Attorney Boxers read the Zoning 0rdinance which states the
Village of Oakbrook will remain under the 1957 DiPage Oounty Zoning
Ordinance until such time as an Oakbrook. Village Zoning Ordinance is
establishsd, [he motion to adopt this ordinance, a copy of which said
ordinance is attached hereto and by reference made a part of theme
mimates, was made by Mr. Carlson and secondeO by Mrs. Peyton. The
ordinance shall be known as G«2. The voting* Ages - 5s Nays - 1 (Mr.
