The regular meting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Clerk Lakosil read fran the Certificate of Results the Discovery Recount

for by State Statute.
It was noted that a typographical error had occurred in Election Ordinance
S -425, and with the Board's concurrence a correction had been made to change
a name fran Ann Waite to Robert Waite.

On April 16, 1979, the Plan Ccr=ission reccmnended denial of the petition
filed by the Zoning Board of Appeals to rezone L 5 acres located at the
northwest corner of 35th and Meyers Road, owned by John and Elizabeth
Liebmann, from the R -2 to R -3 Single Family Detached Residential District.

District under Section VII as referred to Section VII C (2) E (9) and (14) ,
1 conditioned upon the development being in substantial cmpliance with the
site plan prepared by Erickson & Stevens, Inc., dated March 9, 1979.
