President T w. A. Mohl.man. All Trustees were present.

Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Tr-istee Ysa ?es...
That reading of the minutes of April 28thi 1964, bz
suspended and that the minutes he accepted and approved
as submitted and corrected.
Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered.
III ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
A. Ordinances
1. Appropriation ordinance
After discussion, the board decided to postpone
further action &\regard to the appropriation
ordinance until a meeting could be arranged with
the Village Attw,°ney and Village Accountant.
Definite action will be taken at the next regular
board meeting on May 26th, 1964.

1. Flick Petition for Rezoning
Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Dahm?ow...
That the Flick petition for rezoning their property
from R -1 to R-
be approved by the village board
and that this petition be Forwarded to the Village
Attorney for preparation of an appropriate ordinance.

regulations applicable to R -1 Zoning under the Oak
Brook Zoning Ordinance are adhered to.
