A. Mohl.man. All Trustees were present. II READING OF MHUTES Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Tr-istee Ysa ?es... That reading of the minutes of April 28thi 1964, bz suspended and that the minutes he accepted and approved as submitted and corrected. Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered. III ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS A. Ordinances 1. Appropriation ordinance After discussion, the board decided to postpone further action &\regard to the appropriation ordinance until a meeting could be arranged with the Village Attw,°ney and Village Accountant. Definite action will be taken at the next regular board meeting on May 26th, 1964. IV ANNEXATIONS AND REZONING A. Rezorins 1. Flick Petition for Rezoning Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Dahm?ow... That the Flick petition for rezoning their property from R -1 to R- be approved by the village board and that this petition be Forwarded to the Village Attorney for preparation of an appropriate ordinance. - Roll Call Votes Ayes - Trustees Dehmlow, Havey, Hayes, O'Brien, Owen, Rossman and President Mohtman. Nayes - None So ordered. 2. Pome- Petition for Variation President Kohlmen read Chairmen Georsgge NbRenry's letter to Mr. and ms's. Frank J. Pomey advising that their petition had been grapted by the Zoning Board of Appeals providing that the front, side and rear lvc regulations applicable to R -1 Zoning under the Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance are adhered to. 3. Short-Term Treasury Dotes Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Owen... That the Village Board direct the Village Treasurer to invest $15,000.00 of the corporate funds in 90-day treasury bills. That the bills as submitted to the Village Board and posted totaling $20,471.44 to approved for payment. Roll call vote: Ayes -: Trustees Dehmlow, Havey, Hayes, O'Brien. Owen, Roseman and president Nohlman. Nayes - bone So ordered. E. Civil Defense President Mohlman read the resignation of Dr. Petal A. Young as Civil Defense Director of Oak Brood.. 1.
