Annexation Ordinance - North c f Oden- pled West of Mame Road President Dean acknowledged th! receipt of a letter from Attorney Bowers, dated May 10, 1968, stating that the matter of the appeal from the order )f the Circuit (Jourt, permitting an annexation of certain territory contiguous to the southwest portion of the village has been resolved. Each trustee was provided with a proposed oreinancs: providing for the annexation of the subject territory. President Dean reciested that this matter be referred to the Plan Commission for their recommendation. I. Danbi• Unit No. 5 Resubdiviaior►. Danby Subdivision - Unit S was approved by the grillage board on October 24, 1967.
