The meeting was called to order st 8:00 F.M. by Village
President T. A. Mohlman. All trustees were present except
Trustees Barton, Havey and Rossman.
II READING OF MINMES
Trustee O'p moved seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That reading of the minutes of Mk y 11th, 19550 be suspended
and that the minutes be accepted and approved as submitted.
Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered.
III FINANCIA:.
A. Int,Preection Widening Toll Exit at Midwest Road
Trustee Hayes moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien...
That the amount of $901.50 be paid to Black Top Roads
Company of Franklin Park, Illinois, to cover Job. No.
20075 which was approved by the board on Sept. 89 1964.
Roll Call Vote: %yes � Trustees Hayes, Howell, O'Brien
and President Mohlman.
Absent - Trustees Barton, Havey and Rossman.
Noyes -- None So ordered.
B. 'sae Count„ - York Road Widenin L
Colonel Raulin B. Wight, Village Engineer, presented the
proposal of DuPage County in regard to the widening of York
Road. He informed the board that plans would be presented
to the board for their approval„ that presently they call
for a 48 foot road in width, with an additional rumble
medift of 4 feet; that this would be a Low -speed highway,
with a 45-mile-per-hour limit; that there would be a new
bridge over Salt Creek, along with an equestrian bridge;
and that the entire expense would be horn by the state or
county with the exception of the stop light at York and
Oak Brook Road. He also suggested that the village postpone
their plans for said swop -light until it could be correlated
with this proposed project.
IV ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, ANNEXATIONS, REZONING, VARIATIONS, ETC.
A. Base Farm Planned Community - Phase .I . Special Use Permit
Trustee Howell moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That the Village Board approve the special use permit
for the Base Farah Planned Com unity -Phase 11, sub ject
to a mutual agreement between the school and park boards
and the Oak Brook Development Company as to the sites for
schools and parks, and walkways servicing these areas.

Vacation Plat. President M.ohlmen directed that these be
forwarded to Vx. Sam Dean, Chairman of the Oak Brook Plan
COMMission, for his approval.
