addressed to the ViLlag4 Board dated May 239 1964.
Trustee Roseman requested that his following comment be
noted: "In Paragraph 2 of Mr. Olson's Letter the impLica.
tion is that Ciey nave instaalLed these things recently in
order to accomodate their son and daughter-in-law, whereas
aactu.Lly P11 of these fneilities were installed when, or
shoran teethe time the building was originally constructed.
The only difference being oil heat was exchanged for gas
heat."

written opinion as to whether or not the situation
