Oak ook Terrace President Dean reported thee: where would be a closed special meeting held on Juae 3rd, 1968, for the purpose of meeting with Oakbrook Terrace officiate in regard to petitions C 68 6t6 and C 68 6L8 filed with the Clerk of-the Circuit 0ourt . Each trustee was provided with a copy of a petition for submission of the matter of the Annexation of the City of Oakbrook Terrace to the Village of Oak Brook filed by W. Thomas F. Pierce, attorney for Mr. Wayne W. Huffmire and Mr. David W. Overmyer, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of .Page County. It was unanimously decided that an executive session of the board be bald to discuss this matter. At LO :20 P.M. Provident Dean recessed this meeting for this purpose.
