Village Treasurer Vacs Dyke presented a report for the month
of May, 1365, shoring "cash on deposit" at the end of the
month of $45,386.87 in the Corporate Account and $17,365.69
in the Road and Biidge Pond.

That the Trogsurer's Report for the month of stay, 1965,
be approved as submitted,

President Mohlman directed that the village attorney be
requested to draw an ordinance amending the Oak Brook Zoning
Ordinance to rezone Soukup's Subdivision from R -2 to R -1
as contained in an application submitted by Prank Soukup
and approved by the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
C. Windsor Subdivision Final Plat
Trustee Howell moved w seconded by Trustee Barton...
That the Windsor Subdivision final plat be approved
contingent to the fact that approval is based on 'Lots 1,
and 3 of the subdivision being subject to the York
Woods covenant.
