Roll Call The regular meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Village Clerk Lakosil. All trustees were present except President Howell and Trustee Glaves. B. Trustee Congreve moved - seconded by Trustee Brown... To appoint Trustee Philip as President Pro Tem. Voice vote - all in favor So Ordered. II. READING OF MINUTES Trustee Cerne moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve... That the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of May 25, 1976 be suspended and that they be accepted as submitted. Fuller Trustee Congreve read in its entirety a proposed resolution commending Mr. Fuller for his service as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals since June, 1967. Ordinance G -191 AMENDING ORDINANCE G -177 BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS Review of a traffic survey found the maximum speed limit on Jorie Boulevard from 22nd Street to Oak Brook Road (31st Street) should be 40 MPH. Christ Church of Oak Brook - Variation - Parking On June 1, 1976 the Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denial of the variation request for parking less than forty feet from the south property line and recommended approval of the variation request to allow parking in the side yard abutting York Road Trustee Brown moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve... To deny the variation request for both the south and east yards prohibiting parking within forty feet of the south property line and prohibiting the driveway or parking area within one hundred feet of the east property line along York Road, except for the entrance drive; and further that the asphalt be removed in these areas and the landscape and curb requirements of the zoning ordinance be adhered to.
