Attorney Unverragt desevibed the procedures for the collection
of the 2% Fire Department Tax on Foreign Dire Insurance Com-
panies. President Dean read a proposed ordinance authorizing
the Illinois Municipal League to act as a clearing house in
the collection of this tax.

Zoning Board Notice #2068, which involved property south of
Ad0 en Avenue and was included in the comprehensive plan map.

of an automobile service station on Butterfield, 300 feet vest
of Summit Avenue.

report for the month of May, 1969, showing "Cash on Deposit" of
$95,921.00 at the end of the moath in the Corporate Account and
$14,538.57 is the Rnad and Bridge Fund. (Funds deposited in
U.S. Treasury Bills and Savings Accounts total $1,016,061.27).

That the treasurer's report for the mouth of M: 1969,
be approved as submitted subject to the followit •orrection:
The last item under Cash Collections for Mouth; L ,ialy,
"Interest on Savings Account ", should be deleted and
replaced with "Proceeds of U.S. Treasury Bills ".

as submitted.

L. Additf on of Bathroom to Fire House
Each t=rustee was provided with a Copy of a memorandum
from Administrator Urhausen, 4ated 3600 L0, 1969, re-
commending the proposal of Robert Fleishman to the
amount of $6,515.00 for the construction of a bathroom
and related facilities on the. second floor of the fire
station.

That the village board approve the recommendation of
the village administrator and authorized the acceptance
of Robert Fleishman's bid of $6,5L5.00

Zoning Board of Appeals.
