Realiaing that with all your activities, you do not have time to look into each case so 1 thought I'd confixm the deficiencies that appear to still exist, for your information. A listing of some of these areas follows: 1. The pavement at the corner of Camelot and Mockingbird caused by Stanehiu has not been filled in properly - even for temporary repair. 2. The curb on Rej;ents Drive just north of Mockingbird was honey- combed whore they stopped an a days pour and was to be replaced long ago. I called this to Stan Adams attention when curb was installed and Jim Casey also agrees it should be replaced. As far as I know, this has not been done. 3. The cuter on the north end of Regents Drive Unit #2, on the east side was broken off at time of final grading in placing of Poa. Stan Adams said it would be taken ,care of later. This wab pushed out about a foot when broken. Nothing has been d-me on this and has caused Deficiency #b4. 4. The broken part of the curb mentioned in 3 above was all covered with debris when this curb was placed in Unit 04 and someone sighted the new curb into the pushed out end of old cu.,b thus malting the street a foot wider at this point. It looks terrible and requires correcting. AW H r f V08 VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK 1200 OAK BROOK ROAD OAK BROOK. The curb on the north side of Camelot stub off of Regents, Unit #4 has about four (4) feet broken off and the balance of the curb to the inlet has cracked. This whole section needs replacing. 64, The curb and gutter along east side of Regents ,give, Unit #2, about half way between Mockingbird and the first cul-de-sac to the north is broken and is low in at least two places. Some of this may have been caused by the heavy dirt trucks going over the curb. You can see it quite readily and it will have to be corrected. 7. The curb and gutter on the north side of the first cul-de -sac in- side York Woods #4 from the west seems to be high and the surface drainage doesn't seem to drain as designed. Suggest your engineers check the grade and advise what is necessary to get proper drain- age. 8. If something; ins't done very soon about the settlement in the ditch along the west curb on the north and of Regents Drive Unit #4, I'm afraid you'll loose the whole section. They above covers not only those deficiencies that I've mentioned verbally, but some others I've been intending to call to your attention. Yours very t:rmly, WIGHT AND COMPANY Village Engineer T. R.
