Village President To A. Mohlmen stated-that a vacancy exists In the office or Village Clerk due to the resignation of Mrs. Phyllis Perkins. Mr. Uohlman requested a Motion be made approving the appointment of ire. Agnes P. O'Brien to the office of Village Clerk. Mr. Roseman so moved and Mr. GaelhoUn seconded the motion.
