That the minutes of the regular meeting of May 23rd, 1967, be
accepted and approved as submitted.

ORDINANCES, RESOWTIONS, VARIATIONS, AMENDMENTS, PLATS
A. Bennett C. Creed ordinance - S-132
President Dean reed an ordinance granting a variation relating
to - etback requirements for the construction of a private stable
on the Bennett C. Geed property.

That Ordinance 8-132 be approved and adopted by the village
board subject to the foLlow -1 a changesr
Last line of Legal. description - "Hinedale„ mhould be changed
to "Oak Brook."
Second Line from bottom of first page a "ten„ should be changed
to "fifty -five" and "'ten feet for the" should be inserted between

B. ,V I&yton Pto .par Rezoning Request
President Dean read the recommendation of Mr. Cherlee Rhodes,
Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals, dated Juste 7, 1967.
Trustee Barton recommended that the owners of the Clayton Property
submit a pre - annexation agreement in conformity with the discus.
sions that previously took place at the eoning board meeting on
June 6, 1967. Attorney Calkins advi -ed that a public hearing would
be necessary in order to approve a pre annexation agreement. W.
Steenhof, representing he Clayton interest, advised that the time
element was not a hardship and that the proper pre - annexation
agreement would have to be prepared. Therefore, this request will
be referred to the Plan Commission for their meeting on July 17th
and to the Zoning Board for a public hearing on August 1st, unless
the petitioner desires an additional deley.

That the fee be waived for said public hearing.

in said ordinance, dated June 7, 1967.

That Ordinance G-72 be passed approved by the village board
subject to the following changes recommended by the zoning board.
