That the budget as presented and corrected in the total amount of $319, 941.40 (Corporate Fund $372,941.0 and Road & Bridge Fund $7,000.00) be approved by the Village Board and made a matter of record. Gardner & Associates, Inc. until contract is completed an' approved by the village board. (Total contract - $8,000.00) C. 16th S ee -; ring_R, -oaad� IMerovement After discussion, it was unanimously decided to postpone final payment of $4,774.81 (Total contract - $1:;,645.76) to Oak Brook Terraoe, Inc. until such goad is formally dedicated tc, the village of Oak Brook. D. Road Work After a epecial committee rjeeting attended ty President Mehlman, Trustee Havey, Trustee Hayes and Mir. Halsted, a representative from Might & Co.; it was decided that inasmuch as the road work outlined in the minutes of May 26th had not been done, .,ar vilLeage engineer would prepare bid specifications, publish same in The Doinggtj on June 25th and have bid forms ready for pick-up by prospective contractors at the Vi,Llaga Hull. Larson request for vaariaation was withdrawn on Tuesday, June 16th. PIresident Muhtman was served with a notice of coropltaint (Case No. 1- 64-1380) of Olson ve Larson on June 23rd, and immediately tadvinsad Mr. Olson of Mr. Larson's wi.thdrewtal.
